Ingredients
160 g spaghettini
1 tbs olive oil
80 g butter
1 lemon
120 g provolone cheese
Salt
Fresh Basil
Directions
Step 1
In a frying pan add oil, grated lemon (only the green part) and half the juice of a lemon. Leave on a very low heat and add the cream.
Step 2
In a pot prepare the water for the pasta. When the water is boiling add coarse salt (remember that cheese is quite salty so don't put too much) and finally add the pasta.
Step 3
Meanwhile grate the cheese and set it aside.
Step 4
After 7 minutes drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the lemon and cream.
Step 5
Add the butter and cheese. Add 1 or 2 ladles of the pasta water. Mix until the cheese has melted into a cream.
Step 6
Serve hot and decorate with fresh basil and grated lemon.
